I have just started a formal culinary Arts Degree at the Cordon Bleu School in Miami, Florida. What a wonderful experience for the novice cook like myself. Everyone, the staff, is so supportive and incredibly professional. I am honored to be around this caliber of people.

I teach cooking classes in NewYork, NY. I’ve been getting your newsletters for a year or two.

My classes are called “Healthy BUT DELICIOUS.” They’re small classes, hands-on, and we sit down at the end and enjoy the meal together.

The class is excellent for beginners and people who want to learn how to cook healthy, whole foods in a really yummy way.
