The FDA reccomends using latin names, but that just doesn't happen and it can be perplexing when buying fish and down right disasterous if someone sells you Super White Tuna, Escolar, Snake Mackrel, Escobar, Maku u' , Butterfish all of which is a terrible fish Lepidocymbium flavobrunneum.
