		<description>i worked in a restaurant as a pastry cook for 6 months and quit because it was my first experience cooking professionally and i felt like i wasn't making the cut.  reading your article totally reminded me of what it's like to be in it and made me really miss it.  thanks for the reminder of the good stuff.
