I contacted Wusthof and they gave me excellent service and said they would treat my case as a matter of urgency. I will be shipping them the knives on Monday to be replaced. I contacted them, they replied, I returned the knife and they made good on it, no questions asked. So I am happy to share this with you and your readers if you so choose to post this.
