He said, "I did what you advised and I am happy to inform you that Wusthof stood behind their product 100%. I contacted them, they replied, I returned the knife and they made good on it, no questions asked. So I am happy to share this with you and your readers if you so choose to post this. Thank you for your advice. I look forward to your newsletter and I have bought sauces on your advise too and have been pleased with them. Keep up the good work."
