Rich in tradition, the Boston, MA campus of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts is a relatively new campus, having opened in 2007. While the physical campus is new, the tradition behind the Le Cordon Bleu approach dates back to the 1500's, with the first school opening in Paris, France in 1895.
Dedicated to providing educational programs to students that are hands-on and career based, Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts - Boston is designed to foster opportunities for student success. A focused educational of the culinary arts that includes modern and classical approaches, LCB - Boston was opened with the goal of providing a culinary education that is second to none in the Boston metropolitan area.
To this end, Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts - Boston is please to offer students an Associate of Applied Science in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts degree program.
Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts - Associate of Applied Science
A 15-month program, the Associated of Applied Science in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts degree curriculum combines American technology with French cooking methods. Consisting of a 12 month on-campus program the AAS in Le Cordon Blue Culinary Arts degree program also includes a 3 month externship at a local culinary institution. Providing culinary students with real-world, hands-on experience, the externship portion of the AAS - Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts program is a great way to get on-the-job training in the midst of a supportive education environment.
Coursework in the program in includes classical French cooking techniques, organizational methods, front of house operations, back of house operations, sanitation, food preparation, nutrition, and timeliness. In addition, students will be exposed to international and cross-cultural cuisines and traditions. Upon graduation, students will also earn the Le Cordon Bleu Diplôme, in addition to their AAS degree.

Le Cordon Blue College of Culinary Arts - Boston is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) to award the Associate of Applied Science degree.
