What are my favorite Cooking Magazines and which do I recommend for home cooks?

There are three cooking magazines that I highly recommend to every home cook who wants to improve their cooking technique as well as learn some new recipes. These are Fine Cooking, Cooks Illustrated and Cuisine. The first two you can purchase at discount at BlueDolphin but Cuisine you have to go to their web site to order.

There are also a bunch of great cooking magazines that go way beyond cooking and get into regional cuisines, travel, restaurants and decorations. Some of these include Gourmet and Saveur. All terrific cooking magazine and all a little bit different.

Fine Cooking
One of my all time favorites!

My favorite cooking magazine is easy to read and understand with lots of great tips and ideas. I like the amount of the information they give you and how it is presented to you. Great photography. It is a true 'cooking' magazine.

Cook's Illustrated

This is also one of my favorites. I have learned as much from this magazine as any other. And best of all, there are no advertisements! If you are serious about learning how to cook, you will want to check this one out
