Learn How to Cook with Cooking Videos
There are lots of great cooking resources on the Internet besides The Reluctant Gourmet. Here are some great video resources from various web publications that I've found and think you can learn from. Many of these videos are easly found on the Internet but lately I have been working with a few chefs who are putting together some incredible teaching videos that can't be found on YouTube or some of the other video web sites. These are great learning tools for home cooks who want to improve their techniques and learn more about cooking.
My goal is to put together a bunch of these videos to create a sort of home culinary education program for those of you interested in learning more about cooking but not interested in going to culinary school.
