There are lots of great cooking resources on the Internet besides The Reluctant Gourmet. Here are some great video resources from various web publications that I've found and think you can learn from. Cuisine at Home hosts this first group and I highly recommend you subscribing to their cooking publication. It is one of the best.

First I would like to introduce you to Dani Spies who will be one of my featured video teachers. She is a Health Counselor and Fitness Trainer who producing some great home cooking videos that I think you will enjoy. My goal is to put together a bunch of these videos to create a sort of home culinary education program for those of you interested in learning more about cooking but not interested in going to culinary school.
