About the AAS Culinary Arts Program
Available in a 2-year Associate of Applied Science or 3-year Bachelor of Arts degree format, the Culinary Arts curriculum at The Art Institute of Kansas City is designed to prepare graduates for a variety of culinary arts positions.
Coursework in the Culinary Arts degree program is hands-on, and consists of training in fundamental cooking skills, sanitation, cost control, menu and beverage management, and nutrition.
