Associate degree in Culinary Arts: To earn a culinary arts degree takes two academic years or 6 quarters. During this time you will be taking courses like Introduction to Culinary Skills, Food Production, Kitchen Supervision, Nutrition, Garde Manager, Baking & Pastry, Menu Management, Wine Management and a whole lot more.

Once you graduate, you will be prepared for an entry level position as a garde manager cook, station chef or baking and pastry cook.

Bachelor degree in Culinary Management: The goal of this specialty degree is to prepare you to become a manager or supervisor of kitchens and food & beverage establishments. Upon graduation, you will be prepared to enter the hospitality industry in various entry level positions including banquet chef, grill cook, broiler cook and chef garde manger.

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Culinary Management is 12 Quarters. Your learning will include lectures, labs, tutorials, filed trips, externships, and classroom demonstrations.

Diploma in The Art of Cooking: This 12 Quarter program trains you in the basics of culinary art. Here you will learn speed, coordination and most importantly, teamwork. Here to you should be ready to enter the market and find an entry level position as a banquet cook, breakfast cook, shift leader or line cook.
