You will be trained classically learning the principles of the great French chef Escoffier and building on those skills to understand today's cuisine. Your instructors are Chefs who have worked in the culinary industry and are there to help you become successful.

Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts: This degree program builds on the material covered in the certificate course and through knowledgeable instruction gives the student a foundation in hand and knife skills as well as a more in-depth study of baking and pastry preparation. Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts - Baking & Pastry Program - combination program combining hands baking with an emphasis on pastry and bread making with business skills and critical thinking.
Diploma in Culinary Arts: This is a diploma program that provides students with a basic foundation in such areas as cooking techniques, baking, sanitation and a basic introduction to professional kitchen appliances.
