This will create close to 133,000 new jobs for those in the culinary industry.*

These include: avocadoes, star fruit, coconuts, key lime, kumquat, hearts of palm, mangoes, papaya, passion fruit, rock lobsters, stone crabs and more. Florida is the ideal place to call home while you attend culinary school as well as after you complete your degree.

Florida has some of the finest beaches in the world. Located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico, there are over 1,200 miles of coastline so no matter where you are living in Florida, a beach is not far away.

All over Florida you will find many marvelous places to visit. Historic houses have been preserved and house antiques and art work, a lasting reminder of Florida history. Monuments celebrate heroes and mark the sites of many great battles. Gardens and sanctuaries preserve endangered animals and fauna, as well as offering beauty and relaxation to the visitor. if you wish to sit and relax, you could enjoy some of the great operas or theatrical performances taking place throughout the state!
