Programs Offered

You will learn about Buffet Catering, Managing staff, International Cusine and Economic Theory. Prior to graduating, you will participate in a 13 week externship to sample real world experiences and learn vital culinary skills to succeed in the industry.

Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management. - Don't let the big name get in your way. This program creates a foundation that integrates the abilities to manage employees, resources and finances. One of the most important aspects of this class is to understand the needs of the students. The program offers classes in subjects such as Tourism and Hospitality Business, Hospitality Marketing, Environmental Science and more. Associate Degree in Culinary Arts - using a combination of demonstration classes with hands on experience, you will learn classic cooking methods along with the qualitative aspects of food preparation. Associate Degree in Hospitality & Restaurant Management - If you would like to some day run a restaurant, spa, hotel or cruise ship, this is a degree you should look at. Associate Degree in Patisserie & Baking - Using a lot of hands-on teaching with the help of experienced chef instructors, you will learn a whole bunch of baking styles while developing your own. By the time you finish this 15 month program, you will be qualified to succeed in the restaurant industry. Some areas of focus include - Artisan Bread production, European Pastry production, Design and Creation of Chocolate/Sugar Showpieces plus Tools & Equipment.

Certificate in Patisserie & Baking - Very similar learning experience to the Associate Degree but in less time and not as comprehensive. You will still learn the skills necessary to enter into the culinary world specializing in Patisserie and Baking.
