Just found this place, and I like it!

I'm no professional chef, but I love to destroy my kitchen trying every new food idea that comes to my mind.

Hoo boy! You sound like my hubby! He loves to cook, but everything is a "production" and I hate to look at the kitchen afterwards! LOL He's getting better!
