I lost you somewhere. You make toast with roast beef and parmesan.....How do you do that without it being cooked/warmed?

Maybe I overvalue parmesan taste, I don't treat it as cheddar or edam.
The toast comes with a topping of parmesan shavings. Here I've found an image in google to show the idea of the topping http://www.theabracadabra.com/images/menu/ABRACADABRAFOOD91_220909.jpg

It always has to be fresh Parmesan for me. Finishes off a fresh pasta dish perfectly!
