Hi!
My name is Ashley, and I still feel very new to cooking. I did not learn how to cook growing up - and due to a very mobile life after college, I never had a reason or time to learn. As a result - I would be one of those that would fall into the category of people that could "burn water". :)
Now, I'm a little more stationary - and have fallen in love with cooking! I don't think it would ever be a full-time job for me, but I really enjoy being in the kitchen and coming up with a new creation! I don't know much of the how-to - so I've joined this forum in hopes someone can point me in the right direction.
Looking forward to your advice and suggestions!

| Welcome aboard Ashley……. Looking to have you join in. We, my wife and I, spent a couple of months in 2006 working as volunteers at Wolf Creek National Fish Hatchers just below the dam at Lake Cumberland. That’s in South Central Kentucky just a few miles south of Jamestown in Russell County. Only bad thing about being there it was a dry county as all of the ones around it. Had to drive down to Tennessee (about 50 miles) to get a beer, but it was a pretty drive. |
