I was driving back from a check out of our cabin a tenant was leaving and stopped by Kozlowski Farms. An organic farm in Sonoma County that carries my FAVORITE salad dressings and jam and such.
They had a sales shelf of 6 bottles for $9.00!!!!!!!
WOOOOHOOOOO!!!!!!!!! They're usually $4.00 a pop (up to $5.00 at the grocery store!)
I have enough dressing for the summer and MORE! |

| You have your Kozlowski farm up there in northern California where down here in Lower Alabama, just out from Foley-well maybe still in the city limits, we have Kurpinski Farm. Funny haw all thoswe names end in SKI. The fresh strawberries have played out down here, but now we have fresh Silver Queen corn, new potatoes, squash, green beans, onions and the tomatoes are starting to get ripe. |

| DH and I have just had our first "real" Georgia peaches ... they came by friend and we got four! They actually peel very easily as they are, smell wonderful, and taste just, oh .... fantastic! They had been in NC and had gotten to eat lots of good fresh stuff. |

The farmers markets are all starting up this week! I love to go to these, even though they can be a bit over priced.
I kinda re-discovered fruit because of the FMs! I always bought it for the kids, but didn't like that rock hard stuff from the grocery store. Then I tried truely ripe local fruit and BOY I was hooked! It's worth the extra $s. |
