I found a nice recipe that looks easy in the paper, but what do you do with it after you bake it?
Mini Pizzas? Any healthy recipes to make with FB? I'll make it whole wheat, of course! LOL

I've never made baba ghanoush

http://www.recipezaar.com/Baba-Ghanoush-the-Best-in-the-World-67570

but it & hummus

http://www.recipezaar.com/recipe/Hummus-Perfected-Recipe-115681

are the classics to go with flat breads. I make hummus with FAR less tahini & olive oil than recipes call for. I would do the same to baba ghanoush. I know they are "healthy" oils but they are still high in calories. This also makes them thicker of course & more a spread than dip.

If bread is soft & thin enough do a fold. If thicker I would probably toast & go open face. Top with favorite vegs, lettuce, tommmy, cuke, sprouts.

I'm interested to know if you've made the bread yet & how you liked it. I have a pita recipe I''l try soon. Flat breads are so forgiving.

I always find flat breads are great with a bit of homous, taramasalata or salsa.
