We own and operate a B&B in SE Arizona (90 mi SE of Tucson) - and have enjoyed having a local chef present cooking classes and dinnner for our guests about once a month. Unfortunately (for us !) the chef recently announced her retirement so she and her husband could travel and spend more time visiting grandchildren (food for them !).

So we are looking for a chef, or several chefs, who would be interested in conducting an informal cooking class occasionally for our guests.

Traditionally our local chef would put together 4-5 months of menus, matching the seasonal availaility of fresh ingredients, which we would publish on our web site. Our guests, and a few local patrons, then could sign up to participate in the cooking class, or just enjoy the fabulous dinners that the chef and students prepared.

We are a 10 room B&B, so the cooking clases/dinners generally served 18 to 22.

If you are interested, or if you know of a chef who would love to conduct the dinners/classes - pass this on !

:)
