WALNUT TOPPING (for salads)

1 1/4 Cups Coarsely Chopped Walnuts
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 1/2 Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Combine Melted Butter, Cinnamon, Salt and Cayenne Pepper. Mix with Walnuts and stir to coat nuts. Place on a cookie sheet and bake in a 300 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cool on Aluminum foil.

Notes: 1. Add two or three Tablespoons as a topping to a lettuce salad along with some crumbled Feta cheese, and a few grapes cut in half.
