I have made many cups of coffee at home with a variety of coffee makers and coffees but when I go out to a decent restaurant, the coffee is always so much better. What is it about restaurant coffee? Even the decaf which I usually order at the end of the day is better. Is it the coffee they use, the machine it is made in, the water?
