I'm grilling pork chops today ... yay!!! I will probably make three cheese taters to go with and a veggie yet TBD. I'm making a three day weekend out of this weekend by taking Monday off, then will work Tuesday and Wednesday then have four more days off. I could almost get lazy. 8)

Last night I prepared Deer Valley Turkey Chili for friends who came over to celebrate my wife's birthday and help decorate our Christmas tree. The perfect meal for a large get together on a cold night.
