|
|
| I live in northern CA, cupertino/south bay. I am looking for some individual/unconnected classes I can take to improve my culinary skills without enrolling in culinary school, but all I can find are demonstrations (I would like hands-on, where the chef can tell me what I am doing wrong). Any ideas? |

Hi Mrgershom, did you read my post called Finding Local Cooking Classes?
There are lots of suggestions for different venues that may be helpful. |

You might check out the local JC, high end grocery stores and community places like the YMCA.
Here in Sonoma Co CA, there are many different cooking classes, but they usually cost quite a bit.
I've heard (and am looking into myself) that the above classes are great. |
