| Hello I'm new and have a different style of cooking, BBQ. We compete and I do have some questions for your thoughts. I will find the proper area to post. |

Good to see you on here. Too many folks on the BBQ forums for me to go there often. Do you cook in The Memphis in May or the Kansas City BBQ circuit? The only time I cooked in competition was helping a friend at a Lone Star BBQ contest in the town of West, Texas. Lots of fun but we didn't win anything. They did briskets, pork spare ribs, chicken and beans.
I've got a fairly good rub recipe that I will share if you would like it.......but on second thought you may be doing beef and this rub is mostly for pork. Works good on both Butts and Baby Backs.............Now you got me thinking abourt fireing up my smoker and cooking some ribs........ :D |
