I put a pork loin in the crock pot about 30 minutes ago. So we will have Braised Pork Loin, Fried Apples and Fried Potatoes with Onions (kind of like they serve at Lamberts http://www.throwedrolls.com/ ) for Lupper this afternoon.
I posted the recipe for the Braised Pork Loin back on Oct 24, 2009. We eat Lupper, a cross between Lunch and Supper, about 2:30 or 3:00 most afternoons. Maybe then a little snack at about 6 or 7. |

| I'm a big fan of pork loin although I prefer it roasted. It makes a couple of good meals then great sandwiches for lunches. And yes, I know the difference between a pork loin and pork tenderloin :D But I am a fan of crock pots, too. |
