Another Squidoo (Squidoo is a community website that allows users to create pages (called lenses) for subjects of interest) I recently posted is called Finding the Best Culinary Schools and it has lots of good information for anyone thinking of going to culinary school. You'll find information on a culinary career outlook, financial outlook, resources for finding a school, books to read as well as an interview with a culinary student. There's a place to leave comments for those of you who are in the industry or would like to be.
