I,too, like the caption that says "my potatoes are so a-peeling."

I sent a 'reply' when I realized I couldn't place a caption - so I can only go with what I'd have said, as the best caption.......

"Do you know how long it took me to peel 50 pounds of potatoes with this wire whisk?"

If the potatoes are supposed to be 'done' and ready for mashing in the cartoon, then:

"Fifty pounds of potatoes to mash, and only a wire whisk to work with!"

If the potatoes are NOT done and awaiting the cooking process, then I revert back to the first remark (peeling the potatoes with a wire whisk).

Puzzled I remain, as to what's going on with those mushrooms piled high in the sink.......

Every once in a while I will post a cartoon and ask my visitors to help me caption it. The responses are great and it is difficult to pick the one that I will post on the web site and make available on t-shirts and cooking aprons at Cafe Press.

This time I picked four of the dozens of captions posted to let the community decide their favorite.

The pile in the sink is suppose to be potato peels but I can see how you thought they were mushrooms. I like your responses and please send some in next time I post a cartoon.
