When making my lemon meringue pie it always creates moisture in my pie crust, softening it, almost ruining it. I would like to know if there is any advice on how to make the crust dry. I have tried different things but to no avail! please help!!!

It's a little hard to say, especially given that you don't post the recipe. Waterproofing is a good idea--you can do this by "painting" a thin layer of white chocolate on your crust before filling. You can also try parbaking your crust with a thin coat of egg wash on it. Other people use heated and strained apricot (or other fairly neutral) as waterproofing.

Good luck with it :)
