I'm making chicken/leek/vege tonight with a salad from the garden and a hunk of ciabatta bread! Ohh yumms!

My wife came home with the most gorgeous sea scallops that I sauteed to perfection by not overcooking them like I usually do. Served them with sauteed fennel and roasted butternut squash.
