Diploma or Associate of Occupational Studies - Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts

Available at California School of Culinary Arts - Hollywood in a Diploma or AOS format, the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts program gives students the opportunity to learn classical cooking methods and the qualitative aspects of food preparation, including nutrition and sanitation.

Both hands-on training programs, the Le Cordon Blue Culinary Arts Diploma program can be completed in 30 weeks, while the Le Cordon Blue Culinary Arts AOS degree format runs 15 months in length.

In addition to learning the history, evolution, and diversity of culinary arts, students of the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts program will also discover how to prepare appetizers, soups, sauces, vegetables, charcuterie, entrées, breads, pastries, and desserts. As creativity and a personal approach are encouraged, students will also learn about sanitation, hygiene, safety procedures, cost control, human resource management, and styles of table service.
