iGourmet Cheese Is Now Available at Amazon
I recently called iGourmet to ask why so many of their cheeses where out of stock? The simple answer is they like to be sure their cheeses are fresh so they keep inventory low and get new shipments every other week from places like France and Italy.
Some of the other cheeses, like my favorite Humboldt Fog from California, are special ordered so you can ask them to "Notify when in stock". What a great feature!
