Going to School in Indianapolis, CA

As previously mentioned, Indianapolis is known as "The Crossroads of America." Where did such an unusual nickname come from? The answer is transportation, as Indianapolis is easily accessible from a wide variety of locations, and more interstate highways bisect the city and state than any other in the country.

In Indianapolis, you'll find a diverse cultural city featuring arts, attractions, historical sites and special events. Among one of the most popular attractions in the city, the Indiana Repertory Theatre offers professional theatre including comedies, dramas and musicals, both contemporary and classic.

Also home to Indianapolis, the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra at the Hilbert Circle Theatre maintains a year-round performance schedule of classical, pop and seasonal concerts. And, of course, Indianapolis is the home of the annual Indianapolis 500 race on Memorial Day weekend.

A great city to live in while attending college, Indianapolis is the ideal location for the prospective culinary arts student!
