I enjoy cooking and preparing tasty meals for my family and friends but there are nights I’m in the mood to prepare something “quick & easy”. Busy people with busy families and full schedules—which describes my family, too—rarely have the time to indulge in marathon cooking sessions so I’ve put together this collection of “reality cooking”.
