Culinary Arts
The Culinary Arts diploma program at Le Cordon Bleu requires students to complete 40 credit hours over 32 weeks. Instruction is focused on skills that students will need to be great chefs, such as cutting techniques, weights and measures, working with various ingredients, baking, pastry, and more.
Also, students work on individual projects as well as in teams, to simulate working in a restaurant kitchen.
