About the AS in Culinary Arts Program

Students in the AS degree program get access to two externships in local restaurants, hotels, or clubs before graduation. Skills training focuses on moving from basic skills through advanced culinary methods and theory. The bulk of the coursework takes place in the kitchen doing hands-on learning.
About the BS in Culinary Management Program

The Culinary Management BS degree focuses more on culinary skills related to running or managing a business.
