I am Sally, an immigrant from West African French speaking country and I have been living in the USA for 7 years. I like to cook since I was young girl. I was encouraged by Laura Hodge answer in this platform that why I have decided to write this message hoping to find somebody who can encourage/mentor me because I am scare for not having the courage to make my dream come true. I am 58 years young and learning at that age won't be easy but also the challenge of the English language. Because of covid-19 and being home since the pandemic started, I had plenty of time to think about what I really want to do. Cooking school!! but I am alone and I do not know how to start. I will appreciated your feedback.
