Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts: To earn a culinary arts degree takes two academic years or 7 quarters. During this time you will be taking courses like Introduction to Culinary Skills, Food Production, Kitchen Supervision, Nutrition, Garde Manager, Baking & Pastry, Menu Management, Wine Management and a whole lot more. Once you graduate, you will be prepared for an entry-level position as a garde manager cook, station chef or baking and pastry cook.
