In a small bowl combine the oats with beaten eggs, milk, vanilla, mashed banana and set aside
In a medium sized bowl, combine the whole-wheat flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon, whisk to combine.
Combine the wet, dry ingredients, and chocolate chips, stir with wooden spoon until just combined.
Heat griddle to 350° F or pan to medium-high.(Griddle/pan is ready when drops of water evaporate on contact.)When heated, coat with cooking spray.
Using ¼ cup dry measuring cup, ladle pancake mixture onto hot griddle/pan.
Cook the pancake until edges begin to look “dry”. Flip and cook for about one minute on the other side.
Remove from griddle/pan. Plate.
