Seafood Sauce for Salmon Recipe

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ounces More Than Gourmet Seafood Stock Glace de Fruits de Mer
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese


  • In a saucepan on medium high heat, add the butter and melt.
  • Add the heavy cream and Glace de Fruits de Mer Gold and whisk until blended.
  • Simmer the sauce, whisking until slightly reduced (by about ¼).
  • Add the dill, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese. Whisk until thoroughly blended.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
