  • Blender


  • 1 large red bell pepper roughly chopped
  • 1 fresh habanero pepper dried works too
  • 1 large shallot minced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup water
  • cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • teaspoon salt


  • Roughly chop the bell and habanero peppers, or grind the habaneros if using dried).
  • Roughly chop the onion and garlic.
  • Bring all of the ingredients to a boil, and then simmer for 8 minutes.
  • Finally, puree the mixture in a blender.
