Ingredients

  • cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 8 ounces prepared horseradish
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • fresh chives for garnish

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine and whisk all the ingredients until combined and smooth.
  • Garnish the sauce with the chives.
  • Serve with the standing rib roast.
