Horseradish Sauce
The perfect sauce to serve with a standing rib roast.

- 1½ cups sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 8 ounces prepared horseradish
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- fresh chives for garnish
In a small bowl, combine and whisk all the ingredients until combined and smooth.
Garnish the sauce with the chives.
Serve with the standing rib roast.
