9. Steel-Cut Oats
I’m sure you have heard of steel-cut oatmeal and you probably know that this variety is much healthier than the instant oatmeal you can buy in bulk at the supermarket. Steel-cut oats are the inner portion of the oat kernel that have been cut into smaller pieces for consumption.
They take longer to cook and require a bit more preparation to make a nutritional hot cereal, but they are exceedingly healthy to ingest.
