I'm guessing Americans eat more chicken than they do beef or seafood and I have some great recipes featuring chicken below. There are so many ways to prepare chicken plus you can have both light meat and dark meat on the same bird.
If you think back to Forrest Gump when Bubba was rattling off all the ways you can prepare shrimp, he'd still be naming dishes if he were talking about chicken.
One of today's problems with chicken is there is not much flavor unless you can find local free range birds fed on a natural diet. Science is producing these over sized breasted birds with tons of meat but little flavor.
Once way to compensate the lack of taste is cooking techniques and sauces. Braised Chicken, Chicken Marsala, Roast Chicken with Herb Sauce to name just a few recipes that add tons of flavor to chicken.
