About the Culinard Culinary Program

Culinard is the Culinary Arts program of Virginia College.  At Culinard, students can begin an exciting career in as little as 36 weeks.  Instruction is focused on hands-on learning.  Students are in the kitchen on their first day.  This ensures that they have the knowledge and experience they need in order to be viable job candidates. 

Culinard offers flexible class schedules, small classes, job placement services, and quality programs that allow students to begin careers quickly.  In addition, Culinard boasts an excellent bakery, which is open to the public.  Customers at the bakery can enjoy the treats students create, as well as great coffee, in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. 

Culinary Arts Associate Degree

Culinard also offers an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts.  This program is designed for students who have already completed an approved diploma program.  The training provides more opportunities to advance a student’s career and move up in the culinary world.  This program is offered exclusively online and provides practical instruction and curricula.  This is a great program for professionals because they can brush up on skills, as well as learn any new material, techniques, or information that will be useful in their future jobs.
